Founder & Managing Director
Founder and Managing Director of Ipomoea Africa. He structures investment and partnership architectures across the West Africa–Asia-Pacific corridor through J2A Consulting and Growing Beyond Vision (Singapore). He leads Ipomoea Africa’s strategy across production, transformation and export, and chairs the Togolese Franchise Association. Based in Lomé.
Strategic Partner, International Development
Australian entrepreneur, co-founder of Growing Beyond Vision and founder & CEO of Lean Hub Asia (Singapore). 24 years of international management experience at Nestlé. He connects Ipomoea Africa to buyers, industrial partners and institutional networks across Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, and introduced As-Foods, which connected the company to its fresh-produce buyer.

UK company represented by John W. A. Monteron. MOVA supports Ipomoea Africa’s access to capital, financing partners and commercial networks in Europe and North America.
Chief Financial Officer
Bilingual finance leader with 20 years of experience, including 11 years at Nestlé Central & West Africa in finance, control and internal audit (Africa & Middle East region). Former Head of Finance at Société Générale des Moulins du Togo and CFO of AMEA Togo Solar. MBA in Finance and Sustainability (University of Cumbria). Oversees Ipomoea Africa’s financial management under IFRS.
Director of Operations
Gilbert De Souza leads Ipomoea Africa’s operations, from production to packing and shipment. He coordinates the M’Poti production site, the partnership with the agricultural operator CEFAAT-SFER, post-harvest operations (curing, sorting, grading, packing) and export logistics. He brings hands-on experience in agricultural, industrial and logistics operations in Togo.
Technical Advisor
PhD in Environment and Energy (University of Lomé), Head of the National Cassava and Other Starch Crops Programme at ITRA. Direct expertise in orange-fleshed sweet potato propagation, quality parameters and by-product valorisation.
